On March 21, Marie Claire organized a groundbreaking event by chartering an all-female powered JetBlue flight from New York City to San Francisco. This experience brought together 200 women business leaders, including prominent figures like Gwyneth Paltrow, Drew Barrymore, Tracee Ellis Ross, Bethany Mota, and Tyra Banks for a pop-up conference at the W Hotel. The attendees enjoyed a night of drinks at the house of Xochi Birch and a dinner prepared by award-winning female chefs at William Sonoma. The event aimed to foster networking and discussions among the most influential names in tech, media, fashion, and policy, spanning both coasts. Notably, the entire entourage, from pilots to ground crew, chefs, and photographers, consisted entirely of women, making it a powerful and empowering gathering.
